- Hateful/Offensive Imagery (Racism, Homophobia, Pedophilia, etc.)
PAYMENT
All payments are done via Paypal in USD. Do not send payment before the project has been greenlit. I do not do split currency payments. All payments must be received within 24 hours.You must notify me after you have sent payment.
REFUNDS
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the commissioner) before work has started, then the commissioner will receive a full refund. If a refund is requested after I have started the commission, I will deduct an amount from the refund equal to the amount of work I have completed. Commissioners may not request refunds for finished commissions. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.
Unless I am in a state of emergency - I will not spend the money you have paid until the commission is completed.
